Hi I’m Michelle !

I am Registered Massage Therapist eager to be at DEL.FIT 💪

I grew up in a household where movement, and taking care of your body was power. A common phrase that was used in our family was “things in motion stay in motion”. As a kid I got the privilege to explore sports and athletics throughout my education, and practice yoga and self care from a young age.

Fast forward a few decades…

I now have a better understanding of why that phrase is so important. What used to be a privilege is now a strategic dedication to allowing my body to “stay in motion” for as long as possible and helping to people around me do the same.

I have a passion for anatomy and physiology and the bodies ability to adapt, be challenged, and recover. My goal is to help clients achieve optimization in their health and fitness performance, while practicing the recovery and maintenance steps to allow them to live their lives to the fullest.

In addition to graduating with honours from Georgian College, I have a Body Technicians Diploma from George Brown College, Advanced Neurobiology Course Certificate from Peking University , and Advanced FMT Blading Certificate with Rock Tape.

I enjoy the diversity each treatment has to offer and have experience in:

Deep tissue/ Relaxation treatments Trigger Point Therapy Sports/ Athletic Massage Pre/postnatal Therapy Lymphatic Drainage Complex Care clients

I’m looking forward to working with you! ☺️

Hello Everyone! My name is Christina and I am a Registered Dietitian. I received my undergraduate degree in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph and completed a comprehensive Dietetic Internship through Mount Sinai Hospital.

I have over a decade of experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team, managing the nutrition care of adults with complex medical issues. I have a passion for learning and providing education on the role of nutrition in promoting health and managing chronic disease.

I work one on one with clients to develop realistic goals, identify challenges, and use evidence-based strategies to achieve success. My aim is to translate the science of nutrition into practical advice. And my goal is to empower my clients to reshape their eating habits and behaviours to promote optimal health and well-being through long-term solutions.

When I’m not working, you can find me meal prepping, hitting the gym, traveling or hiking the trails with my fur-baby Wrigley.

My fitness journey began in a YMCA gym, and quickly grew into a passion. As a former semi-professional hockey player, I was always athletic and valued exercise. Spending the majority of my teen years playing many sports, including track, softball, rugby and hockey, I excelled at what I did on and off the field. I formed a love for working out as I entered early adulthood, when I became certified as a personal trainer. I have a wide range of skills, and focus on empowering people to reach their full athletic potential. With my experience across many different sports, at many high levels, I understand what exercises and modalities are best for all different types, ages, and preferences in people. I incorporate very functional, and mobility based training styles when working with my clients, as I believe we should all be able to control the weights we lift in all planes of motion- comfortably! With a health coach certification, I am also very knowledgeable when considering lifestyle, nutrition, and individual-based challenges and goals. Everybody should feel healthy, happy and confident in their bodies, and I can help get you there! I have competed in long-distance running, powerlifting, bodybuilding, where I placed 3rd overall in Canada in women’s physique, and Olympic lifting. I have played semi-professional women’s hockey, and had the honor of representing Team Ontario in a North American rugby tournament. After attending Ryerson University for Nutritional Chemistry, I pursued sport and conditioning coaching, where I now seek to unlock the athlete in all of us. When I’m not in the gym, you can catch me paddleboarding on the lake, hiking, and being immersed in nature. Having connections with my friends through improv nights, yoga, and cold plunges are my kind of parties. As humans, I believe we all possess the power to become better versions of ourselves every single day.
