Hi I’m Michelle !

I am Registered Massage Therapist eager to be at DEL.FIT 💪

I grew up in a household where movement, and taking care of your body was power. A common phrase that was used in our family was “things in motion stay in motion”. As a kid I got the privilege to explore sports and athletics throughout my education, and practice yoga and self care from a young age.

Fast forward a few decades…

I now have a better understanding of why that phrase is so important. What used to be a privilege is now a strategic dedication to allowing my body to “stay in motion” for as long as possible and helping to people around me do the same.

I have a passion for anatomy and physiology and the bodies ability to adapt, be challenged, and recover. My goal is to help clients achieve optimization in their health and fitness performance, while practicing the recovery and maintenance steps to allow them to live their lives to the fullest.

In addition to graduating with honours from Georgian College, I have a Body Technicians Diploma from George Brown College, Advanced Neurobiology Course Certificate from Peking University , and Advanced FMT Blading Certificate with Rock Tape.

I enjoy the diversity each treatment has to offer and have experience in:

Deep tissue/ Relaxation treatments Trigger Point Therapy Sports/ Athletic Massage Pre/postnatal Therapy Lymphatic Drainage Complex Care clients

I’m looking forward to working with you! ☺️

Hello everyone! My name is Geoffery, and I’m passionate about helping people unlock their full potential through fitness. I graduated from Georgian College in 2023 with a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. Following that, I earned my Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT) certification from the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. In 2024, I further expanded my expertise by obtaining the CSEP High Performance Specialization™, allowing me to work with athletes and individuals striving for peak performance. Whether you’re looking to enhance athletic performance, gain strength, or simply build a healthier lifestyle, I’d love to help you achieve your fitness goals.

I’ve had the privilege of training a diverse range of clients—from strength training the 2022/23 Barrie Colts to individuals looking to build a strong foundation in fitness. No matter your goal, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Growing up in a small community in Alberta, I was always active, playing hockey, soccer, volleyball, basketball, and rugby. As I got older, I focused on hockey and rugby, which led me to strength training and ignited my passion for fitness. My competitive spirit has always driven me to push my limits and continuously learn how to improve. In 2016, I challenged myself to run a marathon, a goal that reinforced my belief in discipline, perseverance, and the power of a strong mindset.

When I’m not at the gym, you can find me watching my beloved Barrie Colts and cheering on my fantasy football and hockey players. I enjoy disc golf, hiking, biking, and fishing in the warmer months. I also enjoy reading about the latest advancements in fitness and nutrition, and spending time with friends and family. Whether in sports or life, I’m always up for a good challenge!
