Hi I’m Michelle !
I am Registered Massage Therapist eager to be at DEL.FIT 💪
I grew up in a household where movement, and taking care of your body was power. A common phrase that was used in our family was “things in motion stay in motion”. As a kid I got the privilege to explore sports and athletics throughout my education, and practice yoga and self care from a young age.
Fast forward a few decades…
I now have a better understanding of why that phrase is so important. What used to be a privilege is now a strategic dedication to allowing my body to “stay in motion” for as long as possible and helping to people around me do the same.
I have a passion for anatomy and physiology and the bodies ability to adapt, be challenged, and recover.
My goal is to help clients achieve optimization in their health and fitness performance, while practicing the recovery and maintenance steps to allow them to live their lives to the fullest.
In addition to graduating with honours from Georgian College, I have a Body Technicians Diploma from George Brown College, Advanced Neurobiology Course Certificate from Peking University , and Advanced FMT Blading Certificate with Rock Tape.
I enjoy the diversity each treatment has to offer and have experience in:
Deep tissue/ Relaxation treatments
Trigger Point Therapy
Sports/ Athletic Massage
Pre/postnatal Therapy
Lymphatic Drainage
Complex Care clients
I’m looking forward to working with you! ☺️

Hello! My name is Kaitie and I’m a personal trainer/group fitness instructor. I played competitive sports growing up and continued into varsity women’s soccer at my university. I attended Nipissing University, where I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education. After university I went back to college and received my firefighting certifications. My goal is to become a full-time firefighter while also continuing my passion of helping people on their health journeys!
Fitness has always been extremely present in my life and will always be a pillar for my mental, physical and spiritual well being. In relation to how I am with my own fitness, I like to balance between different styles and lean toward hybrid training. As I get older I realize how important movement is and I like to train for overall health/longevity.
A little bit about myself personally is that I’m very social, huge animal lover, I love everything outdoors ie: camping, rollerblading, snowboarding, paddleboarding, swimming, hiking. I’m a huge goof and I genuinely really care about those around me. I eat relatively clean but if I want a treat I WILL HAVE IT because I am such a foodie. Again, balance is very key in my world. I try to stay on top of my nutrition, sleep, mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and social components in life but hey, we are all human and life can get crazy at times! Being patient with ourselves is very important.
I would describe my coaching style as FUN. My favourite part about coaching is getting to know clients and how to push them/learning what approach they will respond to best. I really do like to make the atmosphere as comfortable and light as possible but I will absolutely kick your butt, especially as our working relationship deepens. Every time I work with someone I want them to have the best experience possible. I love to bust out an awesome playlist and will definitely be the loudest in the room.
Everybody deserves to feel their best selves, whatever capacity that may be. Each person has their own individual needs, limitations, circumstances, goals, schedules, etc… so it’s important not to compare and just do our own self work. We are all deserving of feeling good. Hopefully I see you in the gym and let’s crush your goals!!
