Chiropractic
Chiropractic is a natural, holistic musculoskeletal healthcare specialty that focuses on individualized treatment for a vast range of injuries and disorders. With a focus on the connection between the nervous and musculoskeletal body systems our Chiropractors will formulate a comprehensive rehabilitation strategy to help you overcome your specific injuries, aches and pains or dysfunctional movement strategies. Chiropractic treatment may consist of any combination of joint manipulation (Chiropractic adjustment) and mobilization, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, corrective exercise and kinesiology taping based on your unique individual needs.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions. Massage Therapists can help reduce muscular tension, improve range of motion, improve postural alignment, improve movement patterns, decrease myofascial pain, decrease scar tissue adhesions, decrease nerve irritation, as well as reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing.
Yoga
You will be guided through a variety of traditional and non-traditional yoga movements to develop functional ranges of motion and a deeper sense of body awareness. This slower paced class will help deepen your knowledge, and foundation of the postures. Lo's detailed cuing and specific attention to postural alignment helps you build confidence and opens the class to all levels of experience.

Specialty Classes
Move with Mamas is a postpartum strength & wellness series of classes that incorporate core and pelvic floor healing techniques with full-body strength, conditioning, and mobility exercises. Each 45 minute class will be structured to include a segment of each, to create the perfect harmony of movement that will support your lifelong journey as a mom. While foundational movement will be the basis of every session, we will always encourage and celebrate every single point of your journey. We will provide modifications and progressions to ensure that we are meeting you at YOUR level and are celebrating you where you are (whether you’ve never worked out before, were previously an avid weight-lighter, or anywhere in between).
